Once a purchase is made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: If the product is defective! Please Reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order at h.hboutiqueee@gmail.com Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with any supporting images if applicable. If the package was damaged due to a carrier issue you will need to submit a case with the carrier service all items are out of our hands once shipped.
2. Return Authorization:Upon verification, we will provide you with a return authorization. You must send the item back to us within 2 days of receiving this authorization. (ONLY FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS)
3. Store Credit: Approved returns will be processed for store credit only. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Additional Information
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy guidelines. - If return is not shown as dropped off within the two days the return will be voided.
